About Satya:

I’m a talent development consultant and ICF-certified coach with over 15 years of experience helping people grow in their careers, lead with confidence, and navigate life transitions. My work has spanned startups, global corporations, higher education institutions, and nonprofits, including leadership roles at WeWork, BetterUp, and the NYC Chapter of the Association for Talent Development.

With roots in counseling and a deep passion for self-discovery, I bring a holistic approach to coaching that considers both the personal and professional dimensions of growth. I’ve led global learning programs, advised founders and executives, built coaching programs from scratch, and supported people through major life transitions, career pivots, burnout, promotions, layoffs, new leadership roles, and everything in between.

My early career was in the social impact and education space where I worked as a mental health counselor, leadership program manager for young women of color, NYC public high school teacher, and higher education professional. I’ve successfully navigated multiple career pivots and layoffs throughout my own career.

When I’m not coaching or consulting, I’m working on a variety of creative projects including my personal and career development blog, Satya Creates. Rooted in the Sanskrit word for “truth,” Satya Creates is a space where I share lessons from my own dynamic career journey, major life transitions, and deep commitment to helping others align their work and lives with their authentic selves. 

I'm a mom who has navigated the ups and downs of returning to work after caregiving, divorce, co-parenting, and healing a chronic health condition. I live in Brooklyn, NY with my teenage son who is launching off to college this year.
