My Approach:

With roots in counseling and a deep commitment to self-discovery, I take a holistic approach to coaching and people development—one that honors both the personal and professional sides of growth.

I’ve led global learning programs, advised founders and executives, built coaching programs from the ground up, and supported people through transitions of all kinds: career pivots, burnout, promotions, layoffs, leadership changes, and more. My goal is always the same: to create space for reflection, clarity, and grounded action.

My Career Journey:

I began my career in the social impact and education space as a mental health counselor, leadership program manager for young women, NYC public high school teacher, and college career advisor. Those early roles shaped my people-first philosophy and my ability to support others through complex transitions.

Since then, I’ve worked in early- and late-stage tech startups, where I’ve led talent development initiatives and weathered my own share of career pivots and layoffs. I understand what it’s like to rebuild, reimagine, and grow - because I’ve done it, too.

The Human Behind The Work:

When I’m not coaching or consulting, I’m working on creative projects like Satya Creates - a blog where I share stories and self-coaching tools to help others live with more truth, purpose, and alignment. (“Satya” means “truth” in Sanskrit, and it’s the thread that ties all of my work together.)

I’m also a mom who’s navigated the ups and downs of returning to work after caregiving, co-parenting through divorce, becoming an empty nester, and healing from chronic illness.

I’ve called New York City home for over 25 years - though I grew up in Springfield and Columbus, Ohio. Those Midwestern roots keep me grounded while NYC keeps me curious, creative, and always evolving.
