About Me:

I've served as a trusted advisor and coach to individuals and organizations since 2010. In that time, I've designed innovative talent development programs at well known high growth tech startups, led global teams, and provided coaching services that have helped 1000s of people worldwide advance their careers, navigate challenging work or life situations, develop their leadership skills, and pursue work that is meaningful and in alignment with their lives.

I obtained a B.S. in Psychology at the Ohio State University and a M.A. in Counseling at New York University. My background in mental health coupled with being an ICF certified coach has given me a unique perspective in how to help people both with their personal and professional challenges.
